The Level 1 course introduces water operations personnel to the industry and educates them in the basic functions and responsibilities of a Level 1 operator at most water treatment plants.

The course includes a complimentary set of water supply operations books. Students who complete a minimum of six hours of on-line learning activities each week, including activities such as presentations, videos, quizzes, weekly tests, homework assignments, may be eligible for six CEUs after the successful completion of this course.
