North Platte Wins 2017 "Best-Tasting Water" Award
Congratulations to the City of North Platte for being voted the Best-Tasting Drinking Water in Nebraska at AWWA’s Fall Conference last week. North Platte does not chlorinate, or otherwise treat their water, so the honors for next Best-Tasting in the treated category go to the City of Auburn. This is the first year that either of the winners has submitted a sample in the contest. There were 13 submissions this year, the most ever.
